Our first active practice update for January looks at the obligations and opportunities for employers and employees in relation to NIC.  We look at how you can plan to potentially lower your NIC bill through paying dividends in owner-managed businesses, making an application to defer payment if you have more than one job, offering employees a salary sacrifice scheme and as an employer considering if you are entitled to claim employment allowance.
