Jonathan joined haleys in January 2018 as an R&D Technical Analys. He obtained a PhD and MPhys in Physics from Lancaster University. His PhD was co-sponsored by the Centre for Global Eco-Innovation and a regional company, providing Jonathan with a valuable experience base of research in the commercial sector. His research interests include heteroepitaxial growth of III-V semiconductors for LEDs and detectors, and integration into silicon technology.
