Michael has over 30 years’ experience working in the accountancy profession in Preston, Chorley and the Fylde coast. His work has involved providing commercial and practical tax and financial solutions to clients in many different industries and situations. His golden rule is “the tax tail mustn’t wag the dog”. Michael advises on all aspects of tax but particularly on remuneration, capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning including the use of trusts.
Did you know?
Outside the office, most of Michael’s spare time is spent on the tennis court at Broughton. To celebrate his 50th birthday he spent a day at Wimbledon which included playing a match on one of the hallowed courts. His very first shot was an ace – something even Roger Federer probably didn’t achieve! His other sporting passion is Wigan Athletic.Go Back
