Apprentice Accountant
We have an exciting opportunity to develop a career as an accountant and business advisor.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive in-house training including one day a week ‘day release’ at college studying for an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification (Level 2-4), with potential to ultimately qualify as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
Job Role
- Assisting in our outsourcing department and becoming an expert in the latest cloud-based software tools
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and information
- Assisting with the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of management information
- Assistance with business support
We are looking for somebody with good mathematical, IT and organisational skills who is confident and quick to learn with an eye for detail.
Minimal Qualifications: GCSE grade B/6 in maths and English language and maths at A-level
Hours: 37 h per week (including one day at college)
